Storus invented the tapered clip in 1996 with this in mind, allowing the wallet to slide in and out of a pocket without ripping or tearing the fabric. The Smart Wallet is made with thin metal plates that have RFID blocking capability, designed to protect valuable credit cards, IDs, and information from scanner theft and fraud. Customers can choose from various finishes.

The Smart Wallet is a 2-in-1 product, combining a traditional style money clip with a card holder chamber. The clip can be used to hold dollar bills and receipts, while the chamber, made with flexible elastic lips, can store up to 12 credit cards and IDs, preventing them from slipping out easily. The cut-out design also allows for easy removal of cards.

Significantly thinner than a traditional leather wallet, the Smart Wallet is ultra-light and comfortable to carry in a front pocket, making it safe and great for travel. Weighing only 2 ounces, the wallet is durable, made with anodized aluminum plates and a 304 stainless steel money clip.
